We really enjoyed this property, it had great price. The staff helped us with everything when we asked. The apartment was 5 minutes walk away from Swieta Krowa.

we chose this place for perfect and great location close to the main pedestrianized shopping street as well as the main streets, and good prices. the very polite staff made our stay a such great experience on vacation.

We booked our airport transfer with Barbican House and were pleasantly surprised when they were there to meet us right away. The representative walked us directly to our room and explained everything. Our apartment, located on the top floor, was clean, modern, and well-equipped. Being right next to the Market Square was awesome, and although there was some noise, closing the windows solved the issue. We also received friendly assistance from the restaurant staff located downstairs, who even recommended a delicious dish. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

It felt a bit odd walking through a pizza restaurant to access the apartment but this was not a problem at all, and the staff in the restaurant were friendly.

The location was fantastic, right in the centre of town! Our apartment was at the back of the building so there was no street noise at all. The staff were great too and helpful with booking tours and telling us where to eat etc. Krakow is a great city and well worth the visit!

Separate bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen apartment. Regular cleaning and towel changes. TV and broadband provided. Comfortable beds and secure atmosphere. Reception staff at Venetian House were accommodating and looked after our luggage after check-out.

We stayed at Barbican House for 3 nights with 4 friends. The apartment had everything we needed - comfortable beds, a clean kitchen, and a nice bathroom. The location was perfect, right on the main street with shops, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. The staff provided excellent customer service and were very friendly. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. We also enjoyed the quietness of our top floor apartment away from the street.

We do recommend this hotel.
